6.1.3. Service of an exhaust system

GENERAL INFORMATION

The final system consists of a final collector or collectors, the catalytic converter, the exhaust silencer and an exhaust pipe. Elements of final system are attached to a body by means of arms and pendant clips.

Carry out regular check of elements of an exhaust system. Worn-out elements of final system are not subject to repair, it is necessary to replace them with the new.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. For removal of elements of final system use propitochny oil.
	2. Put propitochny oil on bolts of the catalytic converter.
	3. In an installation time check lack of pendant clips (arrow).
