5.2. Power supply system (l engines 1,6 and 1,8)

5.2.1. Introduction

GENERAL INFORMATION

The power supply system consists of a fuel tank, the electric fuel pump, the relay of the fuel pump, injectors, a regulator of pressure, the air filter and the butterfly valve case.

On all models described in this Management, the multipoint system of injection of fuel is established.

Multipoint system of injection of fuel

The multipoint system of injection of fuel uses time intervals for consecutive injection of fuel directly to inlet canals of cylinders.

Work of injectors is supervised by the electronic control unit.

Fuel pump and connecting tubes

Fuel arrives from a fuel tank in system of injection of fuel and back in a fuel tank through two metal tubes located from below of the car.

The fuel pump is established in a fuel tank.
