GENERAL INFORMATION

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator. Remove the accumulator and its arm.
2. Remove an airintaking branch pipe and the air filter.
3. Remove a starter.
4. Disconnect a wire of grounding of a transmission and remove the transmission sensor.
5. Disconnect a plait of wires of a transmission from a box casing.
6. Disconnect a rope of the lever of gear shifting from a transmission.
7. Disconnect a wire of the sensor of speed of the car.
8. Disconnect tubes of a radiator of transmission liquid from a transmission.
9. Lift and fix a forward part of the car. Fix the engine on a strut established over office of the engine.
10. Unscrew the top bolts, fixing a transmission to (arrow) engine.
11. Disconnect an arm of the fuel filter and shift the filter aside.
12. Remove the left support of the engine.
13. Remove forward wheels.
14. Merge transmission liquid.
15. In four-cylinder engines remove a basic arm of an inlet collector.
16. In six-cylinder engines remove final system.
17. Disconnect an intermediate shaft from a transmission.
18. Remove leading semi-axes and an intermediate shaft.
19. Insert plugs or special caps into openings of semi-axes.
20. Remove protective guards. Remove a transmission cross-piece, having unscrewed bolts (shooters).
21. In six-cylinder engines disconnect wires of the left and right oxygen sensors.
22. Unscrew six bolts, braid two nuts and remove a transmission support (And – the bolts, fixing the engine to a support; In – the bolts, fixing a support to a body; With – the bolts, fixing a transmission to a support).
23. Braid hydrotransformer nuts.
24. Establish a jack under a transmission.

25. Remove a support of a transmission and a support arm.
26. Unscrew the remained bolts of a transmission and the engine.
27. Disconnect a transmission from the engine and lower it on a jack.

Installation

Installation of a transmission is carried out upside-down removals.
