10.3.1.1. Replacement of elements of a rack of a suspension bracket

Removal of elements

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a suspension bracket rack.
2. Clamp a suspension bracket rack in a vice.
	3. Establish compressors on a spring and compress it.
	4. Turn off a nut of fastening of a rod of the shock-absorber.
	5. Remove the top fastening of a rack. Check a bearing condition.
	6. Remove a saddle of a spring and a spring.
7. Remove a saddle and laying from a spring.
8. Remove a cover from the shock-absorber.
9. Examine laying on the bottom saddle on existence of wear or damages.

Assembly of elements

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Replace laying on the bottom saddle of a spring if it is necessary. Establish cover on the shock-absorber.
	2. Establish a spring on a suspension bracket rack.
	3. Establish laying and the top saddle of a spring.
4. Establish consolidation and the top fastening of a rack.
5. Tighten a fixing nut of a rod of the shock-absorber till the demanded moment inhalings.
6. Establish a suspension bracket rack on the car.
