GENERAL INFORMATION

After the completion of assembly of the engine check level of oil and cooling liquid twice.

At the turned-out candles and the earthed high-voltage wire of the coil of ignition turn a cranked shaft till registration of pressure of oil by the sensor (if it is provided by a design) or to a pogasaniye of a control lamp of pressure of oil.

Screw candles, dress tips of wires and a high-voltage wire of the coil of ignition.

Be convinced that the butterfly valve of the carburetor is closed, then start the engine. The engine should be started immediately, later the short period necessary for filling of the carburetor by gasoline.

Right after start-up of the engine it is necessary to establish a mode of the raised turns of idling to provide an oil elevated pressure in system of greasing and fast warming up of the engine to working temperature. In process of a warming up of the engine watch closely emergence of leaks of oil or cooling liquid.

Switch off ignition and check levels of oil and cooling liquid.

Again start the engine and check installation of the moment of ignition and idling turns. If necessary adjust.

Make a trip to places with a little heavy traffic, disperse the car from speed of 50 km/h to 90 km/h, having pressed a butterfly valve pedal before its complete opening. Then release a butterfly valve pedal, having braked the car the engine till speed of 50 km/h. Cycle a loop 10–12 times. Thus occurs extra earnings of piston rings to walls of cylinders. Once again check levels of oil and cooling liquid.

Make a trip on 1000 km, without subjecting the engine to big loadings (move on low speed), periodically checking oil level. In a running in the raised consumption of oil is possible.

After run of 1000-1200 km replace oil and the oil filter, tighten bolts of a head of the block of cylinders and check gaps between valves and yokes.

At run of the subsequent several hundred kilometers conduct the car in a normal mode, avoiding too big and too small loadings.

After 4000 km of run again replace oil and the oil filter then the engine is considered passed a running in.
