5.2.11.2. Check and replacement of elements

BUTTERFLY VALVE CASE

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check operation of the connecting mechanism of a butterfly valve. Check, that the butterfly valve opened completely.
2. Examine the butterfly valve case on existence of wear or deposits.

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a branch pipe of supply of air. Disconnect an accelerator rope.
2. Mark and disconnect all vacuum hoses.
3. Disconnect the socket of connection of the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve.
4. Turn off four fixing bolts and remove the case of a butterfly valve and laying.
5. Clear the case of a butterfly valve and blow all channels.
6. Installation is carried out upside-down removals. Tighten fixing bolts till the demanded moment of an inhaling.

DIAPHRAGM OF THE AIR VALVE OF SYSTEM OF ADJUSTMENT OF SUPPLY OF AIR (ONLY MODELS WITH THE ENGINE IN VOLUME OF 1,8 L)

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check a course of a rod of a diaphragm. It should rise smoothly and опускться.
2. Check receipt of depression on a diaphragm and diaphragm work.

SENSOR OF PROVISION OF THE BUTTERFLY VALVE

Arrangement of plugs of the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve on models after 1995 of release

On models of 1990-1994 of release between the bottom plugs of the sensor there should not be a conductivity.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Insert щуп in the thickness:
а) On models of 1990-1994 of release with an automatic transmission – 0,6 mm;
б) On models of 1990-1994 of release with a mechanical transmission – 1,0 mm;
в) On models after 1995 of release – 1,3 mm
between the lock screw and the lock lever of a butterfly valve (it is specified by an arrow).
2. Check, that between plugs of the sensor there was no conductivity.

Adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Connect an ohmmeter to the bottom plugs of the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve.
2. Turn off two fixing screws of the sensor (are specified by shooters).
3. Insert щуп the specified thickness between the lock screw and the lock lever:
а) On models of 1990-1994 of release with an automatic transmission – 0,25 mm;
б) On models of 1990-1994 of release with a mechanical transmission – 0,4 mm;
в) On models after 1995 of release – 0,15 mm.
4. Turn the sensor clockwise on 30 °, then turn it back so that there was a conductivity.
5. Insert щуп the specified thickness and check, that conductivity was not:
а) On models of 1990-1994 of release with an automatic transmission – 0,4 mm;
б) On models of 1990-1994 of release with a mechanical transmission – 0,7 mm;
в) On models after 1995 of release – 0,5 mm.
6. If conductivity is present, repeatedly adjust the sensor.
7. Tighten two fixing screws.
8. If the sensor does not give in to adjustment, replace it.

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the connection socket, turn off fixing screws and replace the sensor.
2. Adjust the new sensor.

REGULATOR OF PRESSURE OF FUEL

Check

Look subsection 5.2.4.

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect hoses from a regulator.
2. Turn off fixing bolts and remove a regulator from a fuel collector.
3. At installation use a new sealing ring.
4. Correctly establish a regulator of pressure of fuel:
and – a dvleniye regulator
– a fuel tube
1. Correctly
2. Incorrectly
3. Incorrectly

THE VALVE OF ADJUSTMENT OF SUPPLY OF AIR IN THE IDLING MODE

Prevention

For adjustment of speed of idling it is necessary to address to experts.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check, that speed of operation of the engine increased approximately to 1200 rpm at a valve detachment. If speed does not increase, replace the valve.
2. Disconnect the socket of connection of the valve and measure resistance between valve plugs.

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the butterfly valve case.
2. Turn off fixing screws and remove the valve and laying.
3. Installation is carried out upside-down removals. Use new laying.

FUEL COLLECTOR AND INJECTORS

Check

Look subsection 5.2.11.

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect hoses of system of ventilation of a case from a head of the block of cylinders and an inlet collector.
2. Release shlangovy collars and disconnect hoses.
3. Turn off fixing screws of the air valve (are specified by shooters).
4. Remove the air valve.
5. Mark injectors and connection sockets. Release clips of a plait of wires of injectors.
6. Disconnect sockets of connection of injectors.
7. Disconnect hoses from a regulator of pressure and a fuel collector.
8. Turn off fixing bolts (are specified by shooters), fixing a fuel collector to an inlet collector.
9. Remove a fuel collector with аавтомобиля.
10. Number injectors.
11. Remove injectors.
12. Remove a sealing ring.
13. Remove the plug from above an injector.
14. Remove insulators from openings in an inlet collector.
15. Installation is carried out upside-down removals.

CASING OF SUPPLY OF AIR

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Mark and disconnect all vacuum hoses.
2. Remove the butterfly valve case.
3. Turn off the top fixing bolts / nuts (are specified by shooters).
4. Turn off the bottom fixing bolt (it is specified by an arrow).
5. Remove a casing.

Installation

Installation is carried out upside-down removals.
