| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator. |
| 2. Remove the fuel pump and a measuring instrument of level of fuel. |
| 3. Connect an ohmmeter to contacts and measure resistance. Measure resistance of the sensor when the lever of a measuring instrument is lowered completely down (a tank it is empty) – 105 Ohm and when the lever is completely lifted (a tank is full) – 3–6 Ohm. When moving lever resistance should change evenly. |
| 4. If necessary replace the sensor. |

Replacement
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator. |
| 2. Remove the fuel pump and a measuring instrument of level of fuel. |
|
3. Disconnect sensor contacts. |
|
4. Unscrew screws and disconnect the sensor block from an arm of the fuel pump. |
| 5. Installation is carried out upside-down removals. |
