GENERAL INFORMATION

Overtaking

For receiving additional capacity when overtaking other vehicle or overcoming lifting completely press an accelerator. Vedushchy Bridge will be switched to the following lower transfer.

Lifting on an abrupt slope from a motionless condition

For lifting on an abrupt slope from a motionless condition:

1. Press a brake pedal.

2. Be switched to D, S or L, depending on transported cargo and a slope steepness.

3. Release all brakes, pressing gradually an accelerator.

Descent on an abrupt slope

At descent on an abrupt slope be switched to S or L, depending on transported cargo and a slope steepness. Go down slowly, using brakes only from time to time in order to avoid their overheat.

Deduction mode

The mode of deduction cancels automatic gear shifting and has three situation: the third (D), second (S) and the first (L).

Deduction use

Use a deduction mode at a start of motion on slippery surfaces, when lifting uphill, and also for the aid to brakes at descent from the mountain.

1. Deduction button

Press the deduction button for inclusion of a mode of deduction. Press this button repeatedly for shutdown of a mode of deduction.

When the mode of deduction is included

D (course)

Vedushchy Bridge keeps on the third transfer. However it is automatically switched to the second at a stop and comes back to the third transfer for smoother acceleration.

S (the second transfer)

Vedushchy Bridge keeps on the second transfer. Do not conduct the car with a speed more than 108 km/h (68 miles/hours) in this situation.

L (low speed)

Vedushchy Bridge will keep on the first transfer. Do not conduct the car with a speed more than 60 km/h (38 miles/hours) in this situation.
