4.5. Radiator and broad tank
GENERAL INFORMATION

Arrangement of a cover of a radiator

 In 4-cylinder models the cover of a radiator is located on the right side, directly on a radiator, and the top hose is located on the left side. In 6-cylinder engines the cover is located at the left on a broad tank.
Prevention

The engine should cool down completely.

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Broad tank
1. Disconnect perepuskny a radiator hose from a broad tank.
2. Unscrew an assembly bolt of a broad tank (it is specified by an arrow).
3. Unscrew two bolts in the lower part of office of the engine (are specified by shooters). Remove a tank. Merge cooling liquid in suitable capacity and examine a tank on existence of cracks.
Radiator
4. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator.
5. Merge cooling liquid.
6. Remove cooling fans.
7. Disconnect a perepuskny tube of a broad tank, weaken clips of hoses of a radiator, unscrew блоты (In) and remove top (C) and bottom radiator hoses.
8. Disconnect hoses (are specified by shooters) from an oil radiator and close hoses covers.
9. Unscrew radiator bolts (are specified by shooters) and remove it.
10. Examine a radiator on existence of traces of leak and damages. Check, whether internal channels of a radiator are blocked. If necessary the radiator needs to be repaired in a specialized workshop.
11. The compressed air clean dirt and the insects who have got stuck between edges of a radiator.
12. Installation is carried out upside-down removals.
