GENERAL INFORMATION

Prevention

The engine should be cold.


Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator.
2. Disconnect a wire from the oxygen sensor. If you establish a new collector, remove the sensor.
3. Unscrew bolts and remove heatisolating guard from a collector.
4. Grease with propitochny oil of a nut and bolts of a final collector.
5. Lift the car and fix it on support.
6. Unscrew bolts of an arm of an exhaust pipe and lower the catalytic converter and an exhaust pipe that they did not disturb collector removal.
7. Unscrew bolts and nuts of a final collector and disconnect it from a head of cylinders.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clean off the remains of old laying and a deposit from being joined surfaces of a collector and a head of cylinders. If laying of a collector was not tight, it is necessary to check, whether the collector is deformed. For carrying out this check address to the expert.
2. Establish new laying of a collector.
3. Establish a collector and insert bolts.
4. Tighten bolts and collector nuts till the demanded moment of an inhaling.
5. Establish the remained details, get the engine and check its work.
