3.2.14. Oil pump


1. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator.
2. Remove the bottom guard of the engine and driving belts.
3. Remove the generator. Remove the compressor of the air conditioner and shift it aside, do not disconnect hoses from the compressor.
4. Remove a gas-distributing belt and an asterisk of a cranked shaft.
5. Remove the oil pallet and, having unscrewed three clamps, remove a maslozaborny branch pipe.
6. Using sequence, return sequence of a tightening, unscrew bolts of strengthening section of the engine.
7. Unscrew bolts and nuts of the oil pump and remove the pump.


1. Remember depth of landing of an epiploon. Take an epiploon from a pump casing.
2. Unscrew screws and uncover the oil pump.
3. Remove the reduktsionny valve of the pump. Get internal and external gear wheels of the pump. Wash out all elements of the pump in solvent.
4. Establish gear wheels in a casing of the pump and carry out the following measurements. Measure a gap between a conducted gear wheel and a pump casing.
5. Measure a gap between a teeth of gear wheels.
6. Measure a gap between the plane of gear wheels and the plane of a casing of the pump.
7. Measure length of a spring of the reduktsionny valve, if necessary replace a spring.
8. Oil a new epiploon and establish it into place.
9. Oil the piston of the reduktsionny valve and establish valve elements in a pump casing.
10. Grease pump gear wheels with pure engine oil.
11. Fill pump cavities with vaseline.
12. Establish a cover of the oil pump and tighten cover screws, previously having greased them with hermetic.


1. Carefully clean and wipe acetone being joined surfaces of the oil pump and the block of cylinders.
2. Establish new laying of the oil pump, having greased with silicone hermetic a surface of the laying adjacent to the pump. Establish the pump on the block of cylinders.
3. Insert bolts and tighten them till the demanded moment of an inhaling.
4. Put hermetic on perimeter of strengthening section of the engine and round four openings of back bolts of section. Establish strengthening section and tighten bolts in the specified sequence.
