3.7.6. Generator

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator.

2. Disconnect the socket of connection and a "weight" wire from the generator.

Models with the four-cylinder engine

3. Remove a forward cross-piece and forward section of an exhaust system if it is necessary.

Models with the six-cylinder engine

4. Remove an airintaking branch pipe and a protective guard from below the engine. Remove the conditioner compressor.

All models

5. On models with the 4-cylinder engine turn off a lock bolt and the adjusting bolt located from above of the generator (are specified by shooters). Remove a driving belt from a pulley.

6. Turn off the bottom sharnirny bolt (it is specified by an arrow).

7. On models with the 6-cylinder engine turn off a nut of a natyazhitel and an adjusting bolt (are specified by shooters). Remove a driving belt from a pulley.

8. Turn off the top fixing bolt (it is specified by an arrow).

9. Remove the generator.

Installation

Installation is carried out upside-down removals.
