3.1.13. Oil pallet

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator.
2. Lift and fix a forward part of the car.
	3. Remove protective guards of the engine.
4. Merge engine oil and remove the oil filter.
	5. Unscrew bolts of connection of an exhaust pipe.
	6. Disconnect an exhaust pipe from a final collector.
7. The oil pallet can consist of one or from two parts.
	8. If the pallet consists of two parts, unscrew bolts in a back part of a transmission and a case of the engine and remove a back part of the pallet. Unscrew the remained bolts and remove the pallet.
	9. Disconnect a maslozaborny branch pipe from the block of covers of radical bearings and remove it.
	10. Unscrew bolts of the block of covers.
	11. Remove the block of covers.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Clean being joined surfaces of the block of covers, the oil pallet and the block of cylinders.
2. Examine the pallet, a maslozaborny branch pipe and carvings of openings of bolts.
	3. In all models put silicone hermetic on the shaded surfaces of the block of cylinders.
	4. In all models put silicone hermetic on a being joined surface of the block of covers. Insert bolts of the block and tighten them.
5. In models put silicone hermetic on a being joined surface of the oil pallet. Insert bolts of the pallet and tighten them.
	6. In all models put silicone hermetic on new laying of the oil pump and a back cover. Establish laying. Put silicone hermetic on a being joined surface of the oil pallet, establish the oil pallet and tighten fixing bolts.
7. Establish the remained details.
8. Wait for 12 hours that silicone hermetic hardened, and check operation of the engine.
