3.1.6. Inlet collector

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator.
2. Merge cooling liquid.
3. Remove an airintaking hose of an inlet collector.
4. Remove the resonator.
5. Disconnect a rope of an accelerator and a throttle rope from an inlet collector.
6. Disconnect a plait of wires, hoses and ropes from an inlet collector.
7. Remove an air inlet and a throttle casing.
8. Remove the fuel highway.
9. Disconnect hoses and wires from the fuel valve and remove the valve.
10. Lift and fix a forward part of the car. Remove an arm of an inlet collector.
11. Unscrew collector bolts.

12. Lower the car.

13. Remove a collector.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Carefully clean being joined surfaces of a collector and a head of cylinders. If laying of a collector escaped, address to experts.
2. Establish new laying, establish a collector and insert bolts.
3. Tighten bolts in three steps.
4. Establish the remained details and fill in cooling liquid.
5. Check operation of the engine.
