GENERAL INFORMATION

Prevention

During check the engine is necessary for raising slightly to transfer its weight from support on the lift.


Right support of the engine

1. Through bolt of a support

2. Dynamic damper of a support

3. Nuts of an arm of a support

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check rubber shock-absorbers of support on existence of cracks and damages.
2. Move support a big screw-driver if support are loosened, tighten their fastenings.

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Support (N1 and N2) engine and transmission
1. Braid the support nuts, fixing it to a cross-piece.
2. Unscrew through bolts and remove a support from an arm.
3. Unscrew bolts of a cross-piece and remove a cross-piece.
4. Establish a new support on an arm and tighten bolts.
Right support (N3) of the engine
5. Unscrew and remove a through bolt of a support.
6. Remove a dynamic damper from a support.
7. Braid nuts of an arm of a support and remove a support.
8. Establish a new support, insert and tighten a bolt and nuts.
Left support (N4) of the engine
9. Remove the accumulator and accumulator fastening.
10. Unscrew bolts and nuts of an arm of a support.
11. Unscrew support bolts.
12. Remove a support.
13. Establish a new support.
