3.6.8. Check and replacement of the electromagnetic valve of an otsechka of fuel

GENERAL INFORMATION

Valve check

Connect the valve in the dismantled condition to a source of tension 12 In (a positive wire (+) to the socket and a weight wire (-) to the valve case). The core should be involved in the case. If is not present, replace the valve.

The electromagnetic valve on the fuel pump of a high pressure opens giving at ignition inclusion. It should be checked, if the engine is not started or continues to work after ignition switching off.

Switch on and off ignition. Click of operation of the electromagnetic valve should be audible.

If the electromagnetic valve does not work, check the voltmeter, whether tension moves at ignition inclusion. If tension is absent, find drive break on an electric circuit and eliminate defects.

If defect on is found, remove a drive and turn out the valve.

Put the new valve with laying and tighten with effort of 25 N of m. Connect a wire to the valve.
