9.10. Brake tubes and hoses

GENERAL INFORMATION

Approximately each six months examine rubber brake hoses on existence of cracks, leak or wear traces. Replace hoses if it is necessary. Check a condition of brake tubes.

Survey and replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Turn off a connection nut (at the left), remove a fixing clip and disconnect a hose or a tube (on the right).
2. Always replace copper sealing washers of connections of a banjo.
3. Use brake tubes of the demanded diameter and the size. Do not use copper brake tubes. At installation check reliability of fastening of tubes and hoses.
4. After installation pump over brake system.
