| 1. Remove a cover of the lever of the hand brake. |
| 2. Lift the lever of the hand brake on one click. |

3. Tighten up an adjusting nut on the balance weight clockwise while back wheels can be rotated a hand. |
| 4. Lower the lever of the hand brake and check, that back wheels rotated freely. |
